Bought this machine 5 weeks ago. Had great service from the store they had one in .
Got it home and we have a puppy . Woke up one morning and he had chewed the wire . Had to speak

Maybe I have an especially dirty house but the cleaner was not as effective as I'd hoped it would be. It did produce an impressive amount of steam but the description of dry steam is not really appropriate as it condenses on many of the cooler surfaces I tried it on and must be removed with a cloth if it's not to drip. It is harder work than the demo DVD would have you believe. This model does not have an alarm when nearly out of steam and it takes longer to cool down than the booklet states You also need to watch the pressure to avoid going into the red zone.

Simple to use and makes cleaning this dusty old house a doddle. Have used it to freshen up carpets and curtains. All my windows are gleaming and my kitchen is grease-free. Bathrooms look sparkling - cleaned the white tiles and grout with a bit of effort.
Even better if: the electrical flex was longer

This is a vary versatile machine, built to last: it's prime task it performs very well, very well indeed. Excellent supporting DVD. LIKE it!

Bought this as replacement for an older polti which lasted for about 15 years with no trouble. This once is similar but more sophisticated and easy to use. The hose is thinner and more flexible .The steam gun is easier to operate . So far no trouble.

this is the second steamer that i have had but its much better. very easy to use and the dvd gave me more ideas about how to use it. it heats up quickly and seems to last longer before having to fill it up again. I used it to clean a mattress that had been stained and was amazed at the results. Its fantastic for cleaning the bathroom and my radiators are completley dust free and clean (although make sure you put a towel or something underneath the radiator). Cleaning the oven and around the dishwasher are so much easier. Corners of the floor in the kitchen and bathroom cleaned much easier. Fantastic would thoroughly recommend it, worth the extra money. I received delivery of this wonderful steamer yesterday and tried it out today.
After reading the instruction booklet and viewing the DVD I found it so simple to use.
I am not too keen on cleaning and am always looking for energy and timesaving devices.
My first job was to get rid of the nasty black mould on the corners of the windows in the bathroom and then went through the whole house, cleaning the rest of the window corners, tiles, the hob and the toilet. Tomorrow I am going to use the special attachment to clean the windows as the window cleaner came today to do the outside.
It is wonderful and will save me loads of grief and time in the future, especially when I tackle the conservatory windows.
I would highly recommend paying the extra and get this product.

This is a great little cleaner. Easy to use, lots of accessories. Made our stair carpet look like new. Soft furnishings smell fresh after being steam cleaned. Would highly recommend.
