Don't purchase one of these cookers. 1st one arrived faulty oven phoned Stoves quoted 14 days for call out.Arranged through John Lewis to replace. 2nd one arrived but we had to wait in on 5 separate days for the faulty one to be collected as Stoves failed to keep the appointment that was made so a total of 7 waisted days. Now the hob has gone on this one and it is only 2 months old. Phoned Stoves have been quoted 14 days for an engineer. John Lewis should not be selling this make of cooker.

This cooker looks good and and fits my smaller than average cooker space. The matt finish doesn't show fingerprints the way some black appliances do. So far I've had no issues with the fittings as mentioned in other reviews. Be aware that although a grill pan is supplied, you have to buy a handle separately.

Good build quality and looks great in Champagne colour. Fits our annoyingly small slot of 55cm. Don't forget that it needs to be hard wired into electric supply. It also needs 6mm cable according to Stoves. Our electrician things this is overkill. I don't cook but she who does tells me that it cooks well and heat settings are correct.The gas hobs are very well made and pleasing to look at. Great purchase.

I have had three significant problems with this cooker.
1) The arms of the pan supports are not level so pans rock slightly. Replacement supports were sent but never ones that fitted my model. Stoves' engineer who visited was horrified at the quality but the response from central management was that the supports were within manuafacturing tolerances. Pans still rock.
2) I can't simmer. The visiting engineer said the cooker was within specification. I still can't simmer.
3) The grill pan buckled. This was relaced and the replacement seems up to the job.
John Lewis have been most helpful and would have given me a refund or a replacement. Unfortunately this is the only dual-fuel cooker that fits the space available.

We bought this cooker to replace an old stoves model, it was more expensive than other makes but decided to keep the brand as the other model was 20 years old!! Talk about you get what you pay for! Brilliant cooker ,solid build quality,and looks fantastic too! Totally recommended you will not be disappointed .

This is an efficient cooker but the finish is poor. I expected a really well made appliance for the price? I don't think Stoves is botherered about the customer if they are allowing such items out of their factory in such a poor condition. Other reviews seem to echo the problems that I have found.
Misaligned hob lid and grill door causing an awful grating noise and damage to fixings. On further checking the paint is also bubbled around one of the grill door screw holes and the hob lid is scratched along one side. Their is also a horrible rattle once the oven is fully heated up which I suspect is the top oven electric element clips (where they sit on the front edge of the grill roof.)
The replacement cooker arrived and was found to have the same problems with the hob lid and grill door. I rejected it and am awaiting yet another third cooker.
John Lewis have been swift to help and that's why I shopped there in the first place.

Just started using my new cooker, which I am thrilled with. John Lewis were very good with communication leading up to delivery, keeping me informed of times etc. Packaging was 1st class. It is a beautiful cooker and you can feel the quality. I am over the moon and would certainly recommend.
