You can fit more pots and pans on the hob at once, and the wok cradle lets you use larger cookware for authentic Asian-style cooking. There's also a griddle that's great for meat and vegetables. Two large ovens The Nexus Range Cooker comes with two electric oven cavities that use fans for even heating and faster, more accurate cooking. A defrost function helps you to carefully and completely thaws frozen food for better cooking, saving you time and hassle. Smart trays The main oven features a Handyrack - a clever tray which is attached to the oven door, so the roasting tray comes out when you open the door. You can see just how your roast dinner is progressing, without having to take the tray in and out of the oven. Keep clean up quick and easy The main oven cavity feature catalytic liners to take the hassle out of keeping the cooker clean. The Professional+ Cooker offers five gas burners, all of which are fitted with cast-iron pan supports. By offering room and flexibility to keep multiple pots and pans heated simultaneously, you'll always be in complete control. Gas hobs offer the advantage of excellent control – the change in heat is rapid, making sure that whether you are frying, simmering or boiling, it'll always be at the exact heat you require.
Using the multi-ring burner with or without a wok cradle, you can use larger cookware for authentic Asian-style cooking or fry with larger pans.
Two large ovens
The Professional+ Range Cooker comes with one gas and one electric oven cavity so you can enjoy the variability and advantage of both. While the conventional oven is perfect for meat, the electric oven uses fan heat for even, faster, more accurate baking.
Gas grill
Prepare delicious grilled dishes with the separate full-width gas grill. It's glide-out smooth-action telescopic runners makes it easier to load, unload and check on your food.
Clean your oven with ease
With catalytic liners in main oven cavity, the Rangemaster Professional+ Cooker is easy to maintain. At high temperatures, spillages and food debris are reduced to an oxidised compound that's very quick and simple to wipe away.
