I have ordered 2 of these phones, for my mother and neither of them ring out. I have tried them at 2 houses with no other phones connected to the system. BT online customer service is a joke, so unless you want hassle avoid this product.

We were assured that this phone was able to be wall mounted. When we opened it ,it was NOT. But as we are aged 93 and 83 respectively we felt unable to go through the hassle of changing
Just to add to the annoyance, the phone does not ring with incoming calls as we apparently have too many other phones- namely 3 cordless ones .So we have to live with these limitations. Click& collect is good!

Purchased this for my 95year old mum. The three quick dial memory functions have been a huge benefit. She no longer has the problem of misdialling close family members. The large buttons are easy to read and it's compatible with her hearing aid. So far I have yet to find anything negative.

Installed the phone using the lead provided per instructions and it wont stop ringing (no one calling) i.e. I cant switch the thing off. Had to re-pack it and will have to take back to the shop. Very poor.

I bought this phone for my father, it didn't work in my house - I don't know why. John Lewis happily swapped it for another phone which again didn't work in my house. I decided to take it on the 235 mile journey to my father's house and low an behold it did work there. Unfortunately, this phone had 2 x 6 buttons and no 9 button so it was still no good. I brought it back home with me and John Lewis happily replaced it again for me and this time sent it to my father, who has reported that it works fine and has all the right numbers.
