Shimoda HD Belt - Army Green

The heavily padded hip belt transfers the load of the pack from the shoulders to the hips, providing exceptional comfort and support. It also offers more stability for those carrying particularly heavy loads and is ideal for long hikes where comfort is paramount.

Expanded Shimoda HD Belt - Army Green Key Features:

EVA padding

Solid padding for better load support. High-density EVA padding helps absorb the load while providing great comfort for the hips. Belts padded with lower-density foams break down quickly during hikes. EVA padding stays firm and supportive all day long.

Weight distribution

The HD hip belt is designed to carry large loads. Although it is worn around the waist, it takes the strain off the shoulders and transfers the weight of the backpack to the hips.

Adjustability

The waist diameter can be adjusted by approx. 10cm, so that both smaller and larger waists can find an individual fit.

Storage space

The bigger and heavier the load, the less you want to take it off. Shimoda added 2 zippered pockets for sunscreen, snacks and gadgets so you don't have to stop and take off the loaded pack to grab a bite to eat.

Air Mesh

The inner layer is made of soft, breathable mesh for greater comfort and breathability. The unique cut-out design allows for more air circulation and a better fit on the hips.
