Mounting options
The Travel Tripod AP-02 has 1/4"-20 screw holes in the three leg joints. These provide the opportunity to attach accessories such as the Magic Arm 3238 & 2115C for a microphone, monitor, image transmission system and much more.
Hidden spikes
The legs have rubber feet with built-in hidden spikes for more strength on softer surfaces and better anchorage in wind and stormy weather.
Real travel tripod
Despite its low weight of only 1150 grams, the SmallRig 4222 Lightweight Travel Tripod AP-02 can carry up to 8000 grams. Thanks to its low weight and a folded length of only 53cm, it can easily be stored in a backpack. A real travel tripod.
Arca-compatible headset
The included ball head has a locking lever for quick adjustments plus a locking button on the base. It has an Arca-type quick coupling with a classic lock and is supplied including a clutch plate. The ball head has two spirit levels for precise framing.
