Measure horizontal distance
The Horizontal Component Distance (HCD) is the most important mode. The distance shown is the distance measured horizontally to an objective. HCD can be used in the following situations: to measure distance on a level surface at any range, to measure distance up to a range of 800 metres at a gentle slope of less than 15 degrees, to measure distance at a range of 400 metres at a moderate slope of 15 to 30 degrees. The HCD mode provides accurate distance measurement necessary for archers and rifle shooters to hit their target.
Field of view measurement
In addition to the HCD mode, the Vortex Razor HD 4000 has a Line of Sight (LOS) mode that displays the actual distance at a line of sight and a scan function that performs a continuous measurement to determine the distance to a moving object, such as running game.
Optics of the Razor HD4000
The HD Optical System uses optimised glass lens elements for very high resolution, excellent colour fidelity, and edge-to-edge sharpness. Vortex XRPlus full-multicoating ensures very high light transmission to ensure maximum brightness. The lens elements feature Armor Tek, an ultra-hard, scratch-resistant coating that protects against scratches, oil, and dirt.
Robust and durable
The Vortex Razor HD 4000 Laser Rangefinder has a robust design. This makes it suitable for use in all situations. The rangefinder has a magnesium body, making it compact and lightweight. It features a Rubber Armour for a secure, non-slip grip and durable protection. Waterproof O-rings prevent moisture, dust, and dirt from entering the housing. The all-weather design allows the rangefinder to be used in all weather conditions.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
