Where can these frames be mounted?

Including adhesive strips and screws, these panels and frames can easily be mounted onto a smooth wall or a textured wall. The adhesive strip is not suitable for use on anti-stick surfaces, vinyl wallpapers, and porous materials (like fabric, styrofoam, etc.).

What is it made from?
