The Rode NTH-Mic has a 106dB SPL RMS (Plug-In Power, 1% THD) or 123dB SPL RMS (Plug-In Power, 10% THD) maximum SPL. This means that even gamer rage isn’t going to distort your NTH microphone.

Is this a directional microphone?

No. The NTH-Mic is an omnidirectional microphone. Although this microphone picks up sound from a full 360 degrees, it is designed to achieve optimal positioning that will make your voice sound great and reduce unwanted plosives.
