Elegant and Simple Construction for Seamless Workflow
Used to receive up to 1080p60 videos from a DSLR camera rig, gimbal, or a mirrorless camera wirelessly; the Hollyland Mars 400S Video Receiver can be used as a part of the transmission system or individually. It features a compact and lightweight construction with metal housing for easy transport and storage. The integrated OLED display allows you to view the necessary information like battery status, signal strength, and channels for configuration. It includes a shoe adapter and a 1/4"-20 mounting thread for different mounting options. The included battery plate enables powering the receiver using L-series NP-F batteries in addition to other power supply options like a DC adapter or any USB Type-C source. The re-designed body of the receiver makes it a low-profile choice for your setup and one transmitter can be connected to up to two receivers for simultaneous signal transmission.
SDI and HDMI Dual Ports
Built for professional filmmaking, the receiver provides SDI and HDMI dual ports to your monitoring equipment. The two external antennas, one used as a spare, help in receiving a strong line-of-sight signal. The dual ports allow you to choose either port for output or input, connecting it to a professional, mirrorless or DSLR camera. Both ports can be used at the same time to send output, supporting video transmission and receiving between more monitoring and shooting devices. It supports a low latency of 0.1 seconds and a wireless transmission range of up to 400 ft. (120 metres), keeping the signal uninterrupted even if the studio is as big as a soccer field.
Different Cooling Methods
For efficient performance, the receiver unit features a cooling fan for heat dissipation and offers three cooling modes: Auto, Low, and Off. The higher the speed of the fan is, the lower the temperature of the device casing will be. This cooling fan produces very low noise (maximum noise level: 55 dB) for shooting quiet scenes. In Auto Mode, the fan speed is automatically adjusted according to the temperature of the device. The higher temperature of the device results in higher fan speed for rapid heat dissipation. The Low Mode ensures that the fan speed is reduced to a minimum along with the fan noise, for uninterrupted shooting. In the Off Mode, the fan is completely turned off to eliminate the fan noise and is used ideally for an ultra-quiet shooting environment.

How many transmission kits can be used?
In the same location, you can use up to three 400S Pro transmission kits. You can choose different frequency channels with a number difference between two channels bigger than 2. Each receiver should be placed at least 0.5 metres away from the other and 1.7 metres above the ground.
Does it allow you to control the fan speed?
The integrated fan provides three cooling modes to control the fan speed: Auto, Low, and Off.
Which application can be used for monitoring?
The receiver can be connected to the installed Hollyview application for iOS and Android for easy monitoring of the signal.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
