Camera Cage for Blackmagic Camera

Designed specifically for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro, the Kondor Blue Base Rig includes a camera cage with a top handle, an ARRI bridge plate, an EF Cine cap, and two 15 mm PPSH rods. It provides camera protection on all four sides and multiple accessory attachment points. The cage features a top plate, a bottom plate, and side plates. The top plate includes a bubble level, sensor plane markers, dual cold mounts, and multiple 1/4"-20 and ARRI 3/8”-16 threads. The open design of the cage allows easy access to the camera’s ports and controls. There are NATO rails on all four sides of the cage. It provides an ergonomic and comfortable grip design and features built-in HDMI and USB-C cable clamps on the side plates. The bottom plate includes magnetic tool storage, Helicoil steel threads, and 1/4”-20 threads that are compatible with the bridge plate.

Remote Trigger Top Handle

The remote trigger top handle is mounted on top of the camera cage using a NATO clamp and features multiple ARRI-style twist threads, 1/4"-20 and 3/8”-16 threads, two cold shoe mounts, and two 15 mm PPSH rods. They provide numerous accessory attachment options in addition to the pre-inserted 3/8”-16 to 1/4"-20 bushings in the ARRI-style threads. There is a start/stop camera control button on the handle and a LANC port used to connect the rig to a variety of camera models including those of Panasonic, Canon, Sony, JVC, Blackmagic, and others. The aluminium construction provides maximum durability and offers an ergonomic, comfortable grip design. The 3/8”-16 threaded holes with ARRI locator pins are used for anti-twist accessories like quick-release plates.
