Camera Cage

Kondor Blue KOMODO cage has a modular and minimalist design and is compatible with the KOMODO 6K cinematic camera. Used to mount multiple accessories onto the camera, as well as to keep it safe. It uses screws to prevent slips and twists and also includes rubber padding on the base to protect your device from moving and slipping. The cage has an open design that allows you to access the camera controls and ports with ease. It includes ARRI-style rosettes on either side for additional extension arms or handgrips. Two built-in NATO rails and multiple accessory threads are also included for safety. This Kondor camera cage has a slot at the base to hold a magnetic tool set and keep it accessible.

Cage Top Handle

This Kondor cage has a cheese-style handle with a universal structure that mounts on the top plate or cage top via a NATO clamp. It comes with several mounting threads, one 15 mm rod port, and two shoe mounts to easily connect it to the camera and other accessories. These ARRI-style threads have 1/4"-20 and 3/8”-16 bushings for additional mounting support. The cage handle includes a start/stop button for complete camera control and a LANC port for connectivity with various camera models. It is made of aluminium and provides a comfortable grip during shoots.

Multiple Accessories

The cage and a top handle set up comes with several accessories for easy mounting, stability, and safety. The Kondor cage has 1/4"-20 mounting threads and two NATO rails with safety pins for slip resistance. Its top has a NATO rail and several 1/4"-20 and 3/8”-16 anti-twist threads to mount camera accessories including microphones, monitors, and top handles. The base of the cage has 3/8”-16 and 1/4"-20 tripod mounting threads while the front of it has two lens threads. The Kondor Blue cage handle comes with a micro-USB and 2.5 mm long LANC cables for connecting it with the Sony Alpha series cameras.
