Vanguard QS-72T Quick Release Shoe

This clever quick-release shoe doesn’t just hold standard cameras but smartphones too. The Vanguard QS-72T uses a ¼”-20 camera screw for attaching cameras and features a flip-out smartphone holder. On top of the smartphone holder is a cold shoe mount for attaching additional accessories, and a ¼”-20 side thread allows even more attachments. The QS-72T is designed for Arca-compatible tripod heads.

How do I attach the quick shoe to the base of a camera?

The QS-72T has been designed to allow numerous ways of attaching a camera to the quick-release shoe. You can either attach the plate by hand using the built-in D-ring or by using an Allen key, a coin or a screwdriver.
