Colour Science

The Double Rainbow 50W Linear LED Light features a unique RGBX Spectral Science Colour Engine (RGBX SSCE) that delivers more than one billion vibrant colours. It provides a complete range of colour possibilities and spectral fingerprints. The light creates a natural colour experience and maps the light’s colour calculations. This expanded RGBX colour profile allows full gamut mixing, seamless colour matching, and a variety of light effects. The high TLCI, CRI, and SSI ratings render natural colour and skin tones in any setting.

Universal Power Inputs

The light can be powered through either the universal AC power input or the auxiliary DC input. The compatibility with the mains power supply enables its use anywhere. It supports direct AC input without a power supply and the Ossium Battery Plate makes swapping of batteries easy whilst reducing the downtime on set.

Ossium Mounting System

The integrated Ossium Mounting System allows mounting of industry-standard hardware for fast and safe rigging of the light. The slider is fitted for a seamless manoeuvre along the Ossium rail. A simple knob can be used to tighten the slider to the preferred spot. Mounting points can easily be changed by pairing with the Ossium Baby Pin, Battery Plate, or the Rotator, and four 1/4-20 threads can be used to attach multiple accessories.

Durable Travel Case

The RR50 Double Kit is a heavy-duty and waterproof case with foam inserts. It packs two RR50 LED lights, AC and DC power cables, Ossium Mounting System components, and other related accessories. It is made from high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin and is gasket-sealed. It resists corrosion, is waterproof and protects its components against physical damage. The case includes patented trigger release latches, padlock loops, a grip handle, and automatic ambient pressure equalisation for protecting the lights.

Is a data box needed with the light?

The RR LED light is equipped with both an Ethernet Node and a Network Switch that excludes the need for a data box.

What are the light's remote control options?

The light has both wired and wireless connections. The light supports a wired DMX connection with 200 channels and Ethernet protocols, such as sACN and Art-Net. It also supports wireless CRMX, W-DMX, and Bluetooth connections.

How is the Ossium Mounting System used?

The Ossium Mounting System (OMS) has 5 components – magnets, a baby pin, rotator, battery plate, and the slider. Four 1/4”-20 threads can be used with the system to allow the attachment of multiple accessories. The slider can be used to change the mounting points, and the baby pin allows for the rigging of industry hardware.
