Impressive Quality
Equipped with both digital and analogue input and output connections, the DeckLink Studio is capable of working with different devices and video standards. There are SDI and HDMI inputs and outputs on this capture card that support up to UHD 4K 3840x2160 and DCI 4K 4096x2160 resolutions, providing fine details in the results. The 6G-SDI input works with previous generation resolutions, outputting colour accurate and high fidelity results without any resolution or quality loss.
Software Support
Supporting a variety of video editing software, such as Da Vinci Resolve, this capture and playback card offers instant use, allowing you to work on your projects right after you install it on your workstation. Additionally, the PCIe card supports various software applications that are widely used in video and audio editing. Best of all, this card has internal firmware that updates frequently to provide stable performance and stay up-to-date with the latest software apps.
Flexible Support
The DeckLink Studio 4K provides flexible format support, allowing you to work with compressed and uncompressed video standards. You can easily work with codecs such as ProRes and DNxHD. In addition, this playback card is supplied with an analogue breakout cable for working with traditional video sources, such as VHS, DVD player or Betamax videotape. There are also two channels of AES/EBU audio and four channels of analogue audio that replicates high-fidelity audio from the source.
Exceptional Processing
Blackmagic Studio 4K features built-in hardware-based converter outputs, facilitating conversion from SDI to HD and vice-versa. This enables you to archive older formatted video files into newer resolutions, or compress a large file into a smaller one for easy storage. In addition to this, the DeckLink Studio offers real-time hardware-based colourspace conversion. Also, cross-conversion from 720p to 1080p and vice-versa on playback is also possible.
Multi-Rate Support
Featuring HDMI and SDI video connections, this compact card allows you to switch between SD, HD, 2K, and 4K resolutions. Plus, the component analogue connections are switchable from SD to HD and vice-versa. However, this card cannot capture from copy protected HDMI sources. It offers a 1-0-bit colour precision for colour accurate and vivid output.

FAQs:
Can you capture composite SD video while capturing SDI simultaneously?
SDI and composite analogue video formats do not support high definition resolution. You may not be able to see videos on these outputs when working with HD video input.
Is this PCI Express card compatible with Mac systems?
This capture card is compatible with Mac, Windows, and Linux workstations that have a PCIe slot.
Is this card compatible with Blackmagic RS-422 control?
There is an analogue breakout cable supplied with this capture card that lets you connect and operate the RS-422 control. It further allows you to archive video data from traditional video equipment, such as VHS, DVD players, and more.
Can you work with compressed files with this card?
You can easily work with both compressed and uncompressed file codecs, such as ProRes and DNxHD.

The balance of the finance agreement is payable directly to Novuna Consumer Finance in equal monthly instalments by monthly direct debit. The direct debit payments will commence at the end of the first month following receipt of your goods. The interest rate charged is 13.9% APR. Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
