Which conversions are used?
The card supports HD down-conversion, HD up-conversion, cross-conversion, and Colorspace conversion. The colourspace conversion is hardware-based real-time and the hardware cross conversion during playback is limited to 1080p to 720p and 720p to 1080p. It will not convert down 4K to HD in real-time.
Which operating systems is it compatible with?
The compatible operating systems with the SDI 4K are Linux, Windows 8.1/10/11 (64-bit), Mac 11.1 Big Sur, and the Mac 12.0 Monterey or later.
How much does it weigh and what is the power consumption?
It has a power consumption of 11W and is extremely lightweight with a weight of only 127 grams.
Can the card capture 2 SDI sources?
The SDI 4K card can capture only 1 source, but multiple SDI 4K cards can be used in the same machine. It can handle only one 6G-SDI video input at a time.
What is the supported sampling of the card?
The SDI 4K supports a video sampling of 4:2:2 (4K) and 4:4:4, and a television standard sample rate of 48kHz at 24 bits.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
