Drive Reset Feature
The diskAshur PRO2 SSD allows users to reset the drive and re-deploy it as per their needs. They can use a unique command for resetting the drive that will clear all PINs and data, and they can create a new randomly generated encryption key that can be repeated as many times as required.
Fool-proof Protection against Brute Force Hacking
The diskAshur PRO2 SSD 256-bit comes with a tamper-proof design and a secure data encryption that protects your data. It allows you to enter PIN fifteen times with the drive freezing after every five PIN attempts. If it gets an incorrect PIN on the 15th chance, it will delete the encryption key and lock itself, causing all the data to be lost forever. In that case, you will require resetting the portable hard drive to factory default settings and re-deploy.
Tamper-Proof Design
The diskAshur PRO2 SSD manufacturers have made this device sturdy and tamper-proof. Besides a secure microprocessor and advanced data encryption technology, all its components contain a supertough epoxy resin layer that forms another level of barrier to prevent any attempt of data hacking. What happens if you forget Admin Pin?
You may enter the User PIN to unlock your drive and access the data. If you have not created the User PIN, then you would require resetting your iStorage diskAshur Pro2 SSD 256-bit hard drive. Resetting the drive causes all the PINs, encryption key, and data to be lost permanently. Before re-using, ensure that you have formatted and partitioned the drive.
Can diskAshur Pro 2 SSD run on all operating systems?
The iStorage diskAshur Pro2 SSD 256-bit hard drive is independent of the platform and is compatible with all operating systems. It can work on any electronic device with a powered USB port. You only need to ensure that the drive is formatted to the correct file system as required by your operating system.

Buy now pay later
The Buy Now Pay Later option comprises a 36 month loan following a six month deferral period.
During the six-month deferral period, it is possible to pay off the loan, either by way of a lump sum or in smaller amounts. If the loan is partially repaid within six months, the remaining interest will be adjusted to reflect the new balance. If the loan is fully repaid within the six-month deferral period, then no interest is payable, however, a £29 early settlement fee is payable in respect of repayments within these six months.
Following the six-month deferral period, Novuna Personal Finance will initiate a monthly direct debit payment for the remaining duration of the loan. Interest will be charged at a rate of 18.9% APR on outstanding balances (backdated to the first date of the loan). Novuna Personal Finance will send a reminder letter approximately one month before the six-month deferral period is due to elapse.
