    Does this flash drive work with a scanner?

    The iStorage datAshur Pro USB3 works with scanners for which you need to authenticate the drive by entering the correct 7-15 digit PIN. Connect your drive to the scanner and then all the documents will be scanned to the drive. When you disconnect the drive from the scanner, all data on the drive is re-encrypted.

    What if I forget my PIN? Is there any way to restore it or will I lose all the data?

    When a user enters the wrong PIN 10 times, it would require an Admin PIN to open it and the User PIN would be deleted. However, the data in the iStorage datAshur Pro USB3 remains safe. If the Admin PIN is entered incorrectly for 10 times, all the data would be lost and the drive would need to be reformatted.

    Does this flash drive work with Windows 10 in S mode?

    The iStorage datAshur Pro USB3 is platform independent and compatible with various operating systems, including Windows 10 in S mode. So, you can easily download or save your files while connecting the flash drive with your PC or laptop on Windows 10.
