It helps to produce the required level of depth of field or motion blur even during exposure to bright daylight conditions. Manufactured with B270 optical glass, the filter is encased with a layer of multi-coating to reduce haze. It also acts as a protective shade to the image sensor when shooting in harsh outdoor environments. Many of the popular super-telephoto and wide-angle lenses cannot attach the traditional filter to front filter rings. This clip-in filter resolves the problem by mounting inside the camera’s body, directly in front of the image sensor. The clip-in installation is super quick and easy, and so is the removal. Also, the matte black shading fabric diminishes the possibility of stray lens flare.
