The STC Clip Astro-MS (Astro Multispectra) filter for Canon APS-C is a new and unique solution for reducing general light pollution including unwanted interference from artificial light such as mercury and sodium street lights. These filters are well suited for astrophotography as they allow the passing of nebula emission lines which results in astronomical object boasting a higher contrast. They also minimise colour shift in your images and ensure a clear focus. The filter is easily attached just above the imaging sensor rather than the lens. It fits snuggly and stays secure after the lens is attached to the camera body.

- The glass in the frame can be replaced with another filter including an Astro Filter or the ND filter
- Features a high-quality double-sided NANO Anti-Smudge coating that guards against water and grease
- Recommended focal distance for the used lens is 14mm or more
- The CMOS sensor side should be facing the sky when the clip filter is being removed
- Optical axis will change with the installation of the clip filter as the angle of view will become wider
- Compatible with Canon EOS 7D Mark II/EOS 80D/EOS 70D/EOS 77D/9000D/EOS 800D/Rebel T7i
- Not compatible with Canon EOS M series mirrorless cameras unless used with an EF-EOS M mount adapter
