This low-profile base plate is a simple and light base plate for the current popular cameras, such as Sony FS7, Sony A7 series, Canon C100/C300/C500. It attaches to a camera with a 3/8"-16 or 1/4"-20 screw and features 15 mm diameter and 60 mm spaced rod holes that allows you to mount a follow focus, matte box, lens support, or other accessories.

This plate is specifically designed to keep weight down and let the operator use the FS7's inbuilt shoulder pad, minimizing the amount of extra weight and gear needed for a rig. With 1/4''-20 & 3/8''-16 threads on bottom, this base plate can be attached to any tripod.
