With the inclusion of the Steam Hygiene and Steam Refresh cycles, you can ensure that your fabrics remain fresh and hygienically clean. The Steam Refresh cycle is ideal for giving clothes a quick refresh, saving you from running a full wash cycle. In just 20 minutes, it penetrates deep into your clothing, reducing creases and making ironing a breeze.
For added cleanliness, the Steam Hygiene cycle injects steam into the drum at the end of the washing cycle, eliminating up to 99.9% of the most common bacteria, all without the need for chemical additives.
Hotpoint's Stop&Add feature ensures that you never miss that last forgotten item during your laundry session. Simply pause your chosen cycle within the first few minutes, add the forgotten items, and resume the wash without compromising on the quality of the results.

Goods will be delivered to a room of your choice. A delivery window will be supplied via SMS (where a mobile phone number is provided) or email, prior to delivery. Please let us know if there may be any accessibility issues, such as living up several flights of stairs or having restricted access to your property, as soon as possible after placing your order. Please take care to inspect your product for any damages or shortages and reject the delivery if necessary. Damages and shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours. Please ensure that the item has been disconnected and, where applicable, free from any water/defrosted in advance of your delivery.
