    Great product. Really quiet, so many different cycles. Plays a little tune when it's finished but my god it goes on forever! Definitely know when it is finished! Door and drum are ample big enough to keep on top of washing for large families (family of 7). Can't fault it so far

    We replaced our old Samsung Ecobubble after 12 years. To be honest it had some hammer over the years. The reason we decided to stay with Samsung is the reliability and build quality. The new machine is excellent and very quiet. We like the load sensing at the start it brings the wash time and water used down. Haven’t used all the programmes yet. Also still getting used to the phone app too Smart Things)

Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
