    Great machine with helpful and useful features. The detergent and softener draw with large tank and self monitoring is fantastic, it can notify you when running low and even auto order replacement from online.

    A really well made washing machine

    I like the 11kg load capacity, the quietness, the auto dose of detergent and conditioner (you just fill the reservoirs in the dispenser), the ease of use, the cleanliness and smell of the washes, the dryness from the spin cycle… It fitted perfectly into the space where my old 7kg machine was. I think the black model probably would look better than the white one, but it doesn’t matter for me as it is behind a cabinet door. I downloaded the full instructions from Samsung- well worth doing.

    So far so good. Still getting used to the different programmes. I wish there was a shorter cycle for the entire load - at the moment the shortest cycle seems quite long. I love the auto dispense function and the fact that I can control it from my phone. Also very energy efficient! I had a Samsung before this which I also loved so decided to stick with the same brand and so glad I did.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
