The design, charging, fitting, appearance and comfort are excellent. The loss of one star is due to the fact that reference was made to a third microphone which would enable external conversations. I am partially deaf and had hoped that I would be able to enjoy the advantages of Hearing Buds2 without having to take them out, to put my hearing aids in. This I cannot do. I would be obliged I you can tell me how to turn the 3rd microphone up, or modify the software to enable this to happen.
I would appreciate a response.
Overall, the Buds2 are excellent and I would highly recommend them.
