    Speed through your chores with this white tumble dryer from Samsung. It has an 8kg drum capacity, making it great for medium-sized households. It also comes with Heat Pump technology, which is a lot more energy-efficient. That’s because it recycles the hot air to completely remove the moisture from your clothes. And Optimal Dry™ sensors monitor humidity levels inside the drum to automatically adjust the drying time, so it’ll only run for as long as it needs to. Smart Control + is handy too, as it lets you control the machine from your smartphone – perfect if you want your towels to be dry the second you get back from your dog walk.

    Heat pump tumble dryers are super-efficient, but to save the most energy, programmes may take a little longer to dry your clothes than on standard dryers. It’s important not to overload the drum either, so they can perform at their best.

    Heat pump dryer convert!

    I was a bit apprehensive about buying a heat pump dryer, but now I'm an absolute convert. The dryer works at lower temperature so you get really fluffy clothes. And it runs at a third of the cost of my previous dryer. It was a little bit more expensive than a conventional dryer, but I reckon it will have paid back and much more within about six months.

    Great tumble dryer in my opinion. Good choice of programs available, quiet and efficient to run. Many reviews for heat pump dryers complain about the length of the drying cycle, but this all depends on the quantity to be dried. Of course 8kg of laundry will take a long time, but if you’re drying a few items the machine the machines sensors detect that things are drying quicker so the program will count down much quicker. Because it’s a heat pump dryer too and uses lower temperatures no shrunk clothes! The downside of this tumble dryer is the Smart Things app. Very poor instructions for it and tricky to set up. Samsung sort this out! It should be so simple!

    Great modern design and more economical than older dryers.

    Lovely modern design. I purchased this to match my Samsung washing machine. The have to admit it takes a while to get used to it as it’s very different from my previous old tumble dryer. It has many different settings which are simple to use although I’ve not figured out yet, which one is best. Altogether more economical than my last machine.

    Really easy to use, Power consumption is tiny compared to the Condenser drier it replaced. Doesn't take that much longer than a conventional drier either.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
