Faulty from day one.

Purchased this tumble dryer as my other more expensive one went on fire.
Delivered today & its faulty. The metal drum is rubbing on the metal back plate which is making a REALLY loud noise. Not happy one bit. Now I need to try & contact someone to see what they can do.

Quiet. Large drum plenty big enough for an ordinary full load. Quite straight forward to use. Only negative- Doesn’t dry the clothes as quickly as I thought it might. Does the job.
