    Have wanted one of these for a long time. Very happy with it. A quality product save for the door catch on the freezer compartment door which is flimsy and not easy to engage so resulting in de- frosted contents when family members aren’t so careful closing it or in fear of it breaking. It bears no resemblance to the quality of the product overall.

      We’ll get your new fridge in place, level the feet and take away all the bulky packaging for you. Your appliance will need to sit for a few hours before it’s plugged in. This is important as it ensures the gas coolant inside the fridge settles. Unfortunately, our drivers won't be able to fit the handles on your new appliance if they're packed separately.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.

      • This includes disconnecting it from your water pipes if it’s plumbed in

      Just a quick note: if you’re buying a freestanding appliance to replace an old integrated one, we won’t be able to disconnect it
