Have had previous bean to cup machines from de'longhi and this one is definitely the best one so far. Nice appearance and finish but best of all a top quality coffee. This machine offers multiple options from choice of hot or cold drinks, strength, temperature or fill levels. All options selectable on an easy to use touch screen or phone application if preferred. Not cheap but you feel the quality in the build.
