Having looked through the website at all the toasters I was drawn to this one because I loved its quirky looks and the titanium colour. It was more expensive than any toaster I had previously bought but hoped that with it being a decent make the extra cost would be worth it. The toaster seams very well made and the levers to lower the bread have a very positive locking action which sounds very solid and not at all tinny as my previous toasters have been and it has produced toast that is more evenly cooked than any I have had before. I have eaten bagels before but never had them toasted as I have never had a toaster with a bagel function previously, but having tried it out I have only had toasted bagels since as they come out perfectly. As with most toasters tall bread like Warburtons doesn’t quite cook the top, but I just set the toaster to a low setting then when it pops up I flip it over and give it a second go and it’s perfect. So overall I am very pleased with the toaster and feel it has been worth the extra I spent on it as it is definitely the best toaster I have had.
