    Love my new cooker. Read how to use and info and getting used to using the oven with the new temperature numbers. So far I’ve had good results so no complaints. Delivery was 1st class, kept me informed all along and arrived in allocated time slot. Very helpful guys, cooker was left in its allocated spot working perfectly. Loved my free water bottle and the so bears, so cute. Thank you for great service.

    Second cooker from AO. So far, the Stove cooker is amazing, can't believe how efficient it is! The cast iron racks keeps the food warm, so you don't need to keep the gas on, another great idea. Thought l would be missing out for not having a wok ring, how wrong was l. The gas ring has a punchy heat and spreads just like wok ring. Would totally recommend. Service was A+. Well done AO!

    This item is really good quality and works well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that the dials are not to the same standard as the rest of the device, and that lets it down slightly.

      Get your new cooker fitted the same day it’s delivered with our connection service. Our Gas Safe-registered engineers will disconnect your old appliance for you before getting your new one completely set up and ready to use. We’ll unpack it and give it a full health check first, to make sure everything is in tip-top shape, and we’ll give you an official gas safety certificate too. Before you order our connection service, there are a few things you should know and a couple of things to check. Take a look at our helpful gas cooking installation page for more information.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
