Great Family Freezer

Very spacious family freezer! Drawer set up makes it super easy to see what’s in your freezer and the drawer volume is generous. Had ours for over a month and it’s been running like a dream. Very pleased with the value for money. Only issue I have is that the door seal is super strong and required some extra support for the built in cupboard door handle. Otherwise great freezer.

Really disappointed with quality of sliders and aftercare service

Sub-standard sliding door fixings which have broken in less than a month. Contacted both AO.com and Hisense. The latter said we'll send you another plastic replacement and that's it - these really need metal fixings and 4 sliders, not 3. So, somehow we've got to figure out how to change the broken plastic part ourselves once we receive it. Both AO and Hisense seem to be fobbing us off onto the other. Had only just ordered the fridge as well but will be cancelling. Really disappointed given all the glowing reviews they seem to receive.
