Very nice PC for the price, just watch out for the hopeless 2.4GHz wifi interface that comes with it, I've no idea why a gaming PC in 2023 is specced with that piece of junk!

The first thing to impress me was the quality of the packaging. It really was beautifully packaged and everything was absolutely pristine when unpacked. The PC unit was built really well, with all cables expertly routed - there was literally nothing for me to do inside the PC case itself. All I had to do was connect the supplied monitor, keyboard, and mouse and switch it on! When powered up the fans in the case cycle through various colours, all beautifully visible through the full-width glass panel on the side of the machine. Setting the machine was easy - it's just standard Windows 11, and I was VERY impressed to see that AO had NOT installed any of their own proprietary software - it's a completely standard installation. Hooking it up to the WiFi took seconds. The machine also comes with an RGB keyboard and a great sounding gaming headset with microphone. My son is absolutely in love with it The machine runs very cool and, thankfully, the fans are very quiet. I really like the access panel on the top of the case which gives access to headphone, microphone, and USB ports - no reaching around the back of the case. Delivery was simple and uncomplicated. We got a text message with the date and approximate time, and the driver called us on the day to check that we were in. Simple. A member of staff called us a few days after delivery to make sure everything was okay. My experience has been completely hassle free and I would highly this company. The computer we bought is brilliant and exactly as described and exceptionally well built. No issues whatsoever. Brilliant.
