    Product is very good, sadly it took three goes to deliver one that used a parachute on its first drop!! Both initial and second attempt were damaged, causing me to loose a full freezers worth of food. Nothing has been forthcoming from AO to make any recompense for this. Not impressed!

    Overall very good. Could do with an extra top bin (one is a bit mean) and could also do with having wheels to make moving it into place easier. Other than that though, it is functioning well.

    Delivered quickly, the team who delivered it were professional and polite. The freezer works well, it got down to correct temperature in about an hour. The only negative is the paint finish on the lid (hence 4*) it is very thin, and scratches easily. That aside it is quiet in operation and the quick freeze is quick the freezer is suitable for an out building (this has no self defrost capability) but I knew that when I purchased it. Overall good value and does what it should.

    Really happy with our new freezer, it’s smart in black and has handles both front and sides. A bonus is that there is a light that comes on when you open the lid. Although we thought it looked a little smaller than the old one it seems to have so much more room.

      We’ll get your new freezer in place, level the feet and take away all the bulky packaging for you. If your appliance comes with handles and they’re packaged separately, then unfortunately the drivers won’t be able to fit them for you.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
