    My new washer/dryer

    It did not come with a manual. That was on line. I know that reduces the cost of the machine but I am in my 70’s and one would have been very much appreciated! Performance of the machine is wonderful. Just did a hand wash of an item and then spun it. Very pleased with myself! Now drying in the sunshine on my south facing balcony. Also need an integrated dish washer! Linda Major

    Very happy. Works well and seems go clean vey well as well. The only thing to consider is that the programmes all seem to take quite a while normal cottons is 3,5 hours.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance. Our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes, slot it under your worktop, fix your cupboard door to the appliance, and make sure everything is working properly.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
