Oops not what I expected

It looks lovely , price was good , service and communication from AO good ?? thought I had researched this product well before I bought it alas it’s not got the cycles I thought it had and just don’t get why we have 2+ 3+ and 9 hour washing cycles or a complete wash and dry cycle, all seems ludicrous to me , just don’t get the eco / energy efficiency’s especially with a 9 hour wash cycle choice , and no I haven’t and won’t be using that cycle
Think , research and read very carefully before you buy any washing machine or washer dryer
