Useful product enabling simple remote control of your heating. Installation straightforward provided you adhere to wiring diagrams for your boiler and for the hive controller. Need to be confident in simple electrical wiring, so would advise professional install if you are in any doubt.

Good once glitches got ironed out

Had hive in our previous home so knew what to expect. Had a few glitches with heating boost not timing out when it should. A reset seems to have fixed that.
Very useful being able to use mobile phone to adjust heating for getting home from work. If you have a big house or if your boiler is a distance from hub, allow a few moments for the receiver to receive the command.

Looks very modern and easy to operate. It required an electrician to install the receiver and we used the backing plate to add the thermostat onto the wall .. very happy with it, would recommend this product to anyone. Hopefully we will now save some money on heating bill.
