Very pleased with this and must admit I was sceptical at first. So glad I went ahead and bought it! Was so easy to use (I have arthritic joints - hands, wrists, elbows & knees) but I managed it, no problem. Cleaned my carpets very well. One very bad area will need a second attempt but it’s right by the door & it had really gotten filthy. Husband said cleaning it at the end was a bit of a potch but now he’s done it once, it’ll be easy next time. My Daughter & Mother have both borrowed it and it has brought their cream colour carpets up a treat. Would definitely recommend.
