Sturdy but lack of shorter cycles

Seems to be a good machine, although there also seems to be a lack of shorter wash cycles other than at 20 degrees so I fear will cost more to run than my previous machine.

Machine is faulty

Unfortunately the washing machine arrived and the touch screen didn't work so you cannot use the machine. It took a week for the engineer to come out and will be another two weeks until it can be fixed. Terrible service from Sharp.

Stats are excellent in terms of energy rating and functionality etc. Interface is touchscreen and a little temperamental.
