    Great washing machine. Although it took a second go to get one that did not leak. Hopefully Miele quality will continue but only time will tell. Wifi access is very useful. Product is very efficient. It washes 8kg of clothes for the same water and electricity consumption as our 15 year old Miele did with 6kg.

    Awful machine

    Awful machine - I bought a Miele WSD663_WH Washing Machines in December and in March it kept coming up with a fault. I contacted Miele as the machine was only 3 months old and in warranty. An engineer came out and said the twindos liquid had leaked all over the electronics and nothing could be done and they would have to replace the machine. I heard nothing from them for 2 weeks, I called them and aparently I was forgotten - they were apologetic and arranged for a new machine to be delivered. I warned them that the machine needs to be hard wired into the wall and they said that is not a problem they will get kaboodle to install. I had to wait another 2 weeks for the installation date - kaboodle came and said they cant install because the waste pipe is connected to an extension hose ... (always an excuse ... AO would not install because it was hard wired to wall!) ... I said that is fine i will get it installed but could they take the old machine away. Theuy did not take the old machine away and I have been having a nightmare with Miele trying to get it collected ... I have been let down twice by Arrow their contractor and now I cant get any responce from them and just get fobbed off ... this has been goign on since March ... utter disgrace!

    Great product -I’m really happy with it so far. Sturdy and very well made. Very quiet when in operation. Love the twindos detergent and so convenient and easy to use -but also love that I have the option to use my own detergent.

    Very well built. Quiet on full spin. Twin dosing good, also came with a voucher for 6 mths worth of free detergent, would have been £69. Ordered & came within a few days.

    Miele trusted and tested our second in 20 yrs used most days at least twice and it washes and washes and washes. Quality costs but pays off in the long term . In Miele we trust ( for our laundry).

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
