Wonderful washing machine. Always had a Miele washing machine but this one takes the biscuits. German engineering at it’s best. Such a variety of programmes, with every programme having it’s own extras. Almost an extra option for every type of stain. With the timer we are able to use economy seven and safe money on electric. Absolutely love the Twindos system, no mess in the detergent tray. Machine and app will tell when the cartridges need replacing. Even when you don’t want to use Miele’s own detergent, you can buy empty cartridges and fill them with your own favourite washing liquid. Also the caps are a lovely clean way to do the laundry. Once the Twindos is set to the hardness of the water, the machine will take the right amount, saving on laundry detergents. Easy to operate, just follow the messages on the screen and with the machine connected to the wifi, it is possible to operate it from a distance, and even better, our machine is in the utility and there is no way we can hear the alarm from the rest of the house, but with the Miele app there is simply no need to walk up and down to see if the machine is ready as the app will announce it when the laundry is ready. So far I cannot fault it, super happy with my machine.
