    A really great dishwasher. Large capacity, the cutlery rack is brilliant. It washes dishes really well. The controls are easy to use and it's energy efficient and quiet. Delivery from AO was flawless as usual.

    The Hisense Dishwasher is very quiet and we love the 1 hour programme plus the 3D cutlery tray is very handy if you have a tall class in the top basket you can just move the cutlery tray in slightly to accommodate the tall glass.

    Poor quality and poorcustomer service

    I bought this dishwashing machine last year in Jul, after 7 months has broke (F54 error code), an engineer has come after 1 month after repair booking, seen where the leak come from, now i have booked for next repair after another month, so 2 month DWM not in use ....very ridiculous and frustrating I will never buy this brand, never. Poor quality, poor customer service, poor service .

    Happy so far. Dishes come out nice and clean. Fits lots and really like the cutlery tray at the top and door opening at end of wash. It says it has a 15 minute quick wash but I can’t find it. Also it says it has flexible baskets, can’t see how to adjust them and the instruction manual doesn’t show how to.

    We originally had a Hotpoint dishwasher, which lasted us about 7 years. We then decided a new one was required. We opted for a different make, but wasn’t as good as our old one. We then spoke with AO, and they said no problem. We’ll refund you or exchange. We opted for the exchange to another Hotpoint Dishwasher. It’s absolutely fab! So easy to use, even though there are many extra features. Our dishes come out sparkling! We can’t say enough good things about AO or our Hotpoint Dishwasher. Thank you AO for your support and your excellent customer service.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
