Lovely neat coffee machine. This does not have a hotplate therefore the coffee is only kept warm by the thermal jug. That said if you pre heat the jug it is sufficiently warm for longer. It’s simple to use and to clean. You are recommended to replace the filter after 90 days and you cannot use paper filters. I am delighted with it it’s easy to use. I kept breaking the glass pots this is very sturdy.

Easy to use, easy to clean. Grinder slightly noisy but using ground coffee gives good flavour too. Jug keeps coffee warm during the duration of the morning with no 'stewing' . Lovely to wake up to fresh coffee in the morning!

I love this coffee machine, once I managed to read through the instruction manual that was. I found it quite hard work to get use to at first I must admit. The grinder for the coffee machine is extremely noisy and I found that it clogged up the filter very easy. The filter coffee compartment though was extremely easy to use and to which I much preferred this. Overall it is a good machine and is great for when you have guests It's quite quick and easy to use once you know how and your coffee keeps warm for over an hour in the steel pot.

Neat machine, takes up less space than our previous one. The thermal jug is very good. The option to use beans or group coffee is a bonus. The only drawback is that there are about half a dozen little components that need cleaning every time it is used.

Pros: My first impression for the build quality of this coffee machine which is very positive. The main body of this machine is also easy to clean as well. As a coffee machine, it actually produces a very nice cup of coffee. The way that it grinds and brews the coffee is key to this.The carrafe also keeps the coffee hot for a very long time and is a huge plus point. Cons: The water indicator miss the "MAX" sign on the side. I managed to over fill the coffee machine on day one which made a little swimming pool on top of my kitchen surface and could potentially damage the appliance as well. It also seems use a large amount of coffee beans to brew some strong coffees as well. I put the Ground 1-4 cups function on every time after some research on the Internet. It actually slow dew the rate of water dripping which adds the extra flavour into the coffee. Overall : Well build product with easy to use facility. It does what is says on the tin. It has got few very little minus which can be corrected quite easily. Deserve 4 stars from me.
