After replacing cheaper toasters so often (we’ve had about 3 in as many years) we decided to take the leap and get the commercial grade toaster used in hotels and restaurants and hope it lasts. This things is really solidly built. Like a tank engineer built it by hand. It’ toasts reliably and evenly with no scary surprises and gives toast a great crispy crust that you don’t always get with cheaper toasters. Hoping it lasts as many years as other users have said because it is pretty expensive but seems built to last.

Best toaster I have ever owned so needed to replace like for like.

Big chunky and built to last, this versatile toaster is everything I had hoped. You can ‘pop’ the toast to see how it’s progressed without stopping the clock and the clockwork timer is reassuringly positive. Everything about the Dualit products says quality.

Having a holiday at my sisters I was using here Dualit toaster which I found to be very robust and after my sister told me it was over 12 years old I had to get one for myself, I think I’ve probably got through 6 toasters in that time I was also impressed by the fact every part in Dualit toaster is fully replaceable.

Wanted a new toaster and kettle and decided to go for the renowned British brand Dualit. I am not disappointed! The quality is second to none. You can feel it in it’s sturdiness and it’s style. Toast and crumpets done to perfection! I love the easy access crumb tray at the front - much easier to empty and clean than most toasters with trays at side or back. Yes, it’s a considered purchase but worth every penny as it’s definitely built to last.
