This is a very appealing looking microwave which just does the job I want of it. The ceramic interior also looks good and seems easier to clean. Controls could be a little clearer - I actually did need to refer to that manual to work out what strange looking icon was what. But this is a job of seconds and now it's very easy to operate.

I had high hopes for this but was disappointed due to the dark tint on the microwave window making it impossible to see what going on when heating products. The internal light is pretty weak (not sure if I got a dud) so you if you were heating a drink, it would be hard to know if it was done and you'd probably have to keep opening the door to stop things boiling over.
I wish the other reviews had mentioned this as I would have avoided purchasing it in the first place. Whilst others might love this, the lack of a clear view window when in operation is sadly a deal breaker for me. Will be returning and looking for an alternative.

There's one thing I don't like about this microwave - the fact that it easily moves forward, not as stable as my previous one. In all other respects I'm delighted with it. The capacity is lower than my previous one but the diameter higher; hence I can often cook more than one item at a time, which is very handy as I frequently cook small quantities.

It does what it says on the tin - it's a microwave, it heats stuff up & looks pretty good on the work top however only been using it for a couple of weeks so let's see how long it stays that way.

bought this from the Glasgow store and as soon as it was plugged in at home, it started microwaving. no button would turn it off. Took it back next day and shop man demonstrated a replacement worked before I left the shop. This is working perfectly and I'd say it's a good product. Much better than our previous Kenwood.

Nice looking machine and seems to be good value for price paid, menu is a bit complicated, probably because we had a Panasonic before. Would recommend if you are limited for space.

Control panel offers good control over defrosting, cooking and reheating. It gives precise control over the power level, and precise control over the exact time required.
Two useful function after the timer stops: first, the interior light stays on while you inspect and remove the food; second, a reminder beep tells you if you forget to remove the food after cooking.
My previous microwave lasted 17 years. Hope this one is as durable.
