To choose your delivery options first add the product to your basket, then continue through the checkout process.
Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 3-4 working days of placing your order (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods).
If you choose a product which is delivered by courier, you may be offered the option of paying a small extra charge for a premium delivery service. In this case, your product will be delivered on the date and during any time slot you've specified. Premium delivery is not available for products delivered direct from the supplier.
All deliveries must be signed for.
Our Home Delivery Service - normally 5 Days
If you choose a product which is delivered by our home delivery service ( ie a large kitchen appliance or a TV 37" +, but excluding items delivered direct from supplier ) you will be able to choose your preferred delivery dates when you order. We will make every effort to deliver in line with your preferences. We will contact you beforehand to confirm the delivery date and, if possible, an am or pm delivery slot. This will usually be in our third email to you.
