Delivery
Currys home delivery is safe and secure. We deliver by courier, so you can be sure to receive your product on time.
Reserve & collect is a quick and easy way to shop. Simply reserve your items online and collect them in any of our stores.
Home delivery
Our Currys home delivery team delivers available products directly to your door. To choose your delivery options first add the product to your basket, then continue through the checkout process.
We deliver to anywhere in the UK (except Channel Islands). We are unable to deliver some larger items to the Isle of Man, Anglesey, the Isles of Scilly and the Scottish Islands.
We send small items, such as cameras and iPods by courier. We, deliver large items, such as appliances and TVs larger than 21”, directly to your door or chosen address.
On selected products we offer the option to pre-order products before they are released. We also offer the option to order some items in advance. That means that we have run out of stock but we know that more is on its way.
Reserve & Collect
Reserve & collect combines the ease of shopping online with the convenience of our large network of stores.
Simply reserve your items online and pay the online price when you collect them in your preferred store. You benefit from our great online prices without any delivery charges and can relax in the knowledge that your product is waiting for you.
Just turn up anytime from an hour after you reserve to the end of the next trading day. It's up to you!
- Select a product available for reserve & collect: look for Reserve & Collect next to the item on the search results page or on the product page
- Add the item to your basket and then select the reserve & collect button
- View which stores have your item by entering a postcode or town name
- Choose your preferred store
- Enter your name and telephone number and, if you would like a confirmation email, your email address
- Collect in-store from an hour later until the end of the next trading day
Connection and collection
Our qualified fitters can safely and efficiently install and connect many of the appliances and home entertainment systems that we deliver.
We can also collect and recycle your old appliance for free when we deliver your new one. Just ensure you select free collection so we have enough space in our van to take away your electrical. Alternatively, bring your old appliance to one of our stores where we’ll take it off your hands.
Connection
We can connect many of the appliances and home entertainment systems we deliver. As part of our connection service, we will unpack the product, remove all packaging and ensure it is fitted safely and correctly. We cannot install integrated appliances and products delivered directly by the supplier.
So that we can ensure a smooth service and minimum disruption to your day, please ensure:
- There is clear and safe access to your property. Understandably we reserve the right to refuse to complete your delivery or installation if it could cause damage, if access is not free from obstruction or if there are concerns about safety.
- You are at home at the time we have agreed with you
- If you’re buying a gas cooker, you have a gas supply

Collection
We'll recycle your old electricals for free. Our home delivery team can collect your old appliances and televisions when they deliver your new one. All we ask is that you disconnect it before we arrive. And remember to defrost it if it is a fridge, freezer or fridge freezer. Take advantage of this great service by selecting free collection on this page or on the basket page (make sure you’ve selected home delivery).
If you’ve bought a smaller item that we deliver by courier or a product delivered directly by the supplier, just bring your old electrical to our store and we’ll take it off your hands.
Finance
We offer finance on all products in stock over £115, in partnership with HFC. It’s quick and easy to apply.
