Had a fault in the first hour,and the water catchment container was on the bottom of machine??
Engineer fixed fault bit we exchanged for a different model of which ao dealt with promptly and little fuss at all .

Really good dryer would defo recommended it, and the fact that you can have the Hon app on your phone and customise the dry cycles to suit your needs and it even has a quick iron cycle for your white shirt that's dry and needs a quick iron

As a first time buyer and moving into a new house I needed a dryer that would be easy to navigate, and this one didn’t disappoint as it’s really easy to use. It was recommended to me by my mum as she has the same one and we also haven’t had any issues with it at all! Would recommend to a friend or anyone in the market for a new dryer.

So far, so good. Only been using for a week. It's not a noisy machine, which is great. Lots of cycle options, large capacity, and Bluetooth tech. Really happy with our purchase.

I bought this dryer and unfortunately it wasn't good. Ordering from AO they had the description wrong but they were kind enough to replace it with another one (different brand). When I had the candy tumble dryer and was trying to set it up, the smart function would not connect to my WiFi signal and was unable to control it via my phone. My WiFi signal were the tumble dryer has a good WiFi signal. The grey model is different from the white model even though they both are the same model. I would not recommend the candy smart pro CSOEC10DCGR.
