    Great, once connected..

    Quiet, quick and easy to use. Intuitive controls make it simple to select the correct program. Only difficulty I had was connecting the drain hose as it is quite short and has an end fitting for clipping over the edge of a sink or putting into a vertical drain pipe. If you are connecting into the existing U-bend under a sink then you have to find and extension with the correct end fittings. I had to go to a specialist appliance store to find the right fittings as B&Q and a plumbers merchants didn't have them.

    It is amazing. So quiet. The one it replaced was so old and noisy. I find the programmes easy to use. The 1400 spin really does the job and the clothes are not creased. I found the best program for me was the one that had 1400 spin but only took an hour to complete the cycle. I wish I hadn't waited so long to replace the old one.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
